CCO is a non-profit collective of qualified patients in California operating within strict compliance of California Health and Safety Code sec. 11362.5 (B)(1)(A), 11362.7 (H), Proposition 215, Senate Bill 420 and the CA Attorney General Guidelines.

There is no legal definition of a collective. Proposition 215 SB 420 describes the term for us as a group of medical marijuana patients which combines resources to cultivate and provide marijuana for the benefit of all members. Our collective takes this very seriousely. We run as a non profit, and take strong measures to ensure only the highest grade marijuana is distributed to our members.

Membership in our collective is free. We do require a donation to cover the costs of cultivation and time invested by members of our collective. This donation varies product to product and you can get more information by becoming a member.
